Taking time to pull back, get inspired and find your space.
Retreats will be guided via Zoom and in a space you are currently residing in. Individuals can get in contact with me about discussing the space that is available to you and suggestions will be given on this the make your retreat more enjoyable.
The aim of the retreat is to approach the present moment with love and take the time to observe the self. When we observe the self we can heal the self and offer self love.
Scheduled example- 10am rise to a yummy yoga class intuitively guided by myself Karen Clancy, flowing into a guided meditation to relax and center the mind, body & soul. Feeling more relaxed in your body take a short break to explore mindful walking inside or outside if this is available or simply make a cuppa tea & have a chat to the rest of the group.
Return from your break to explore writing prompts for journaling, experiment with the concept of Art as medicine and be encouraged to play with any drawing materials that are available to you at home. I will go through equipment later on.
As an experienced mindfulness teacher, artist and yogi I have a strong intuition to facilitate these exercises in a light hearted loving way to ensure you feel safe at all times. You will be encouraged to listen to what you body needs. Mindfulness tools and techniques will be shared and explored. To finish off the retreat with some light movement and meditation techniques to shake off any energy that is no longer serving you. Log off feeling more centered and more relaxed.
At the end of the day you will have plenty of tools to take away for you to tap into at any time.
